Spaghetti With Bacon And Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 14 Cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 large ripe tomatoes cored peeled and chopped
  • 12 Cup black olives
  • 13 Cup water
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 14 tsp oregano
  • cooked spaghetti
  • 1 Cup mozzarella cheese-hot
  • 10 slices bacon fry and crumble

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan heat oil add garlic and saute for 1 minute
  2. Add tomatoes olives and seasonings
  3. Saute 4-5 minutes Add water and heat 10 minutes
  4. Put spaghetti on plate top with cheese then tomato mixture and finish with crumbled bacon
  5. Serve immediately
