Spaghetti With Bacon And Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 14 Cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 large ripe tomatoes cored peeled and chopped
- 12 Cup black olives
- 13 Cup water
- 1 tsp basil
- 14 tsp oregano
- cooked spaghetti
- 1 Cup mozzarella cheese-hot
- 10 slices bacon fry and crumble
Directions
- In medium saucepan heat oil add garlic and saute for 1 minute
- Add tomatoes olives and seasonings
- Saute 4-5 minutes Add water and heat 10 minutes
- Put spaghetti on plate top with cheese then tomato mixture and finish with crumbled bacon
- Serve immediately
