Spaghetti With Fresh Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1 12 lb tomatoes peeled and sliced
- 12 c chopped onion
- 13 c chicken broth
- 12 tsp dried basil leaves
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 12 oz thin spaghetti uncooked
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a large skillet cook onions in olive oil until onions are lightly browned
- Stir in tomatoes broth and seasonings
- Cover Simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions
- Drain
- Serve with tomato sauce and cheese
- Serves 6
