Spanish Beef In A Bun

Ingredients

  • 5 lb beef chuck
  • 1 10 oz jar stuffed salad olives with juice
  • 1 qt canned tomatoes with juice

Directions

  1. Chop stuffed olives in blender
  2. Place beef olives and tomatoes in a Dutch oven
  3. Simmer until beef falls off the bones Skim off any fat and remove bones
  4. No additional seasoning is needed
  5. Heap on buns or French rolls
  6. Serve with a salad and beans if desired
