Spanish Cabbage

Ingredients

• 3 to 4 strips bacon
• 1 onion diced
• 12 green pepper
• 1 head cabbage
• 1 pt stewed tomatoes
• salt and pepper to taste
• vinegar to taste start with 2 Tbsp

Directions

1. Fry bacon break in pieces
2. Saute onion and green pepper Chop cabbage
3. Add tomatoes salt and pepper and vinegar
4. Put all in one pot and boil until cabbage is done
