Spanish Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 2 12 c flour
- 34 c sugar
- 1 c brown sugar
- 12 c pecans
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 c buttermilk divided
- 12 tsp cinnamon heaping
- 12 tsp salt
- 34 c oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
Directions
- Mix flour sugars cinnamon salt and oil until crumbly
- Take out 1 cup of mixture and add pecans to it to make the topping
- To remaining mixture add baking soda baking powder egg and 12 cup buttermilk
- Beat 2 minutes
- Add 12 cup buttermilk
