Spanish Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 2 12 c flour
• 34 c sugar
• 1 c brown sugar
• 12 c pecans
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 c buttermilk divided
• 12 tsp cinnamon heaping
• 12 tsp salt
• 34 c oil
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 egg

Directions

1. Mix flour sugars cinnamon salt and oil until crumbly
2. Take out 1 cup of mixture and add pecans to it to make the topping
3. To remaining mixture add baking soda baking powder egg and 12 cup buttermilk
4. Beat 2 minutes
5. Add 12 cup buttermilk
