Spanish Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 2 12 c sifted flour
• 34 c white sugar
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 34 c Crisco oil
• 1 c buttermilk
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 c pecans chopped
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

1. Mix together flour sugars cinnamon salt and oil
2. Remove 12 to 1 cup of crumbly mixture and mix with 12 cup chopped pecans and save for topping
