Spanish Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 2 12 c sifted flour
- 34 c white sugar
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 34 c Crisco oil
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 c pecans chopped
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Mix together flour sugars cinnamon salt and oil
- Remove 12 to 1 cup of crumbly mixture and mix with 12 cup chopped pecans and save for topping
