Spanish Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 12 c flour
- 12 c chopped onions
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt
- pepper
- oil
Directions
- Roll pork chops in flour and onion mixture
- Brown pork chops in oiled skillet
- Add whole tomatoes salt and pepper
- Cover with tomato sauce and simmer until tender
