Spanish Rice With Meat

Ingredients

• 1 lb hamburger
• 34 c rice
• 1 large onion
• 1 large green pepper
• 1 stalk celery
• 1 large can tomatoes

Directions

1. Place meat and rice in pan brown
2. Put in casserole
3. Add remaining ingredients which have been coarsely chopped in layers
4. Do not stir
5. Salt to taste
6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
