Spanish RiceArroz Espanol

Ingredients

  • 2 c rice precooked
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube crushed
  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 12 c green bell pepper chopped
  • 12 c red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 12 tsp oregano
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 14 tsp cumin

Directions

  1. In medium skillet saute chopped peppers in margarine until done
  2. Add tomato sauce bouillon and spices
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and add rice
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes
  6. Mix well and serve
