Spanish RiceArroz Espanol

Ingredients
- 2 c rice precooked
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 chicken bouillon cube crushed
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 12 c green bell pepper chopped
- 12 c red bell pepper chopped
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 12 tsp oregano
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 14 tsp cumin
Directions
- In medium skillet saute chopped peppers in margarine until done
- Add tomato sauce bouillon and spices
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and add rice
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Mix well and serve
