Sparkling Orange Eggnog

Ingredients

• 2 qt orange juice chilled
• 12 c lemon juice
• 6 eggs
• 14 c sugar
• 14 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp ginger
• 14 tsp cloves
• 1 qt vanilla ice cream
• 1 qt ginger ale chilled

Directions

1. In a large bowl measure 3 cups of the orange juice the lemon juice eggs sugar cinnamon ginger and cloves
2. Blend with beater
3. Stir in remaining orange juice
4. Cover and refrigerate Just before serving pour eggnog mixture into punch bowl
5. Spoon ice cream into bowl add ginger ale
6. Blend with beater
7. Sprinkle with nutmeg
8. Makes 30 servings
