Special Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots scraped and diagonally sliced
- 12 c chopped celery
- 14 c chopped onion
- 14 c Chablis or other dry wine
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 14 tsp dried whole dill weed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan
- Bring to a boil
- Cover and reduce heat simmering for 10 to 12 minutes until vegetables are tender
- Yields about 6 servings
