Special French Toast
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 23 c whipping cream
- 13 c Triple Sec
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- finely grated zest of 1 orange
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 6 plain croissants or French bread
- 2 Tbsp butter
- confectioners sugar
- strawberries
Directions
- Beat eggs and cream together
- Add Triple Sec granulated sugar orange zest and cinnamon whisk until well blended
- Pour into shallow bowl
