Special K Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 sticks margarine or butter
• 1 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 2 c quick oatmeal
• 2 c Special K cereal
• powdered sugar

Directions

1. Cream shortening and sugar
2. Add remaining ingredients in order
3. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet
4. Flatten with fork
5. Bake at 350 until lightly tanned about 12 minutes Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm
