Special Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 12 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 c dark corn syrup
• 2 eggs slightly beaten
• 3 Tbsp butter or margarine melted
• 12 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 12 c chopped pecans
• 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

1. Combine sugar and flour in a medium bowl
2. Combine corn syrup eggs and butter add to sugar mixture
3. Stir well
4. Add vanilla and pecans mix well
5. Pour into pastry shell
6. Bake at 325 for 50 to 60 minutes or until set
