Special Potatoes
Ingredients
- 14 c butter
- 4 to 5 potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
- 12 c sour cream
- 23 c cracker crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cube and cook potatoes until tender Melt butter in 8 x 8-inch pan or small casserole
- Fold together the potatoes soup cheese and sour cream
- Pour mixture over butter in dish
- Top with cracker crumbs
- Bake for 20 minutes
