Special Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 12 pt whipping cream
- salt and pepper
- butter
Directions
- Boil potatoes in skins
- Chill thoroughly
- Peel and grate coarsely
- Spread in baking dish season to taste and dot with butter
- Pour whipping cream over
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes until brown around edges
- Can be doubled or tripled Also onions or cheese can be added
