Ingredients

  • 1 qt white or dark rum
  • 1 c butter
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 c dried fruit
  • 3 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 12 pt lemon juice
  • chopped nuts
  • brown sugar
  • buttermilk

Directions

  1. Before you start check the rum to make sure the quality is good
  2. Select a large measuring bowl measuring cup etc and check the rum again
  3. With an electric mixer beat 1 cup butter in the fuffy bowl
  4. Add 1 teaspoon sugar and beat
  5. Meanwhile check the rum again
  6. Add 3 large eggs 2 cups fried druit and beat unitl very high

  8. Add 3 cups baking powder one pint of rum one seaspoon of tada and one cup of pepper
  9. Stir in 12 pint lemon juice and fold in the chopped buttermilk and strained nuts
  10. Add one bablespoon of scrown sugar or whatever color you have
  11. Check the rum again
  12. Turn pan to 350 degrees grease oven and pour the whole mess in
  13. Sample rum while waiting
