Special Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 c sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries
• 1 14 c salad oil
• 4 eggs well beaten
• 1 tsp red coloring

Directions

1. Sift

4. in bowl Make a well Add strawberries juice and all
5. Add oil and eggs
6. Mix well by hand
7. Stir
8. in food coloring
9. Spoon into two greased and floured loaf
10. pans
11. Bake at 350 for one hour
12. Cool on rack before removing from pans
