Special White Rolls
Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 2 tsp salt scant
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 sticks margarine melted
- 12 c milk
- 6 oz sour cream
- 2 pkg yeast quick rising
Directions
- Mix
- 1 12 cups flour salt sugar sour cream and milk in mixer
- at
- medium
- speed until blended
- Dissolve yeast in warm water
- and add it along with the melted margarine to the flour mixture beat until smooth
- Remove from mixer and beat with spoon gradually adding the remaining flour
- If dough is too sticky
- to
- handle add a little more flour and knead for several minutes
- Place
- dough in a large pan in a warm place and let rise until doubled in size
