Speedy Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 5 to 6 c sliced and peeled cooking apples
- 13 c butter or margarine
- 12 c all-purpose flour
- 12 c rolled oats
- 34 c packed brown sugar
- 12 to 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Spread apples in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan
- Cut butter into remaining ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs Sprinkle over apples
- Bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden
- Serve warm
- Yields 5 to 6 servings
