Speedy Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 c half and half cream
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 12 tsp lemon zest
• 1 Tbsp minced parsley
• dash of salt and pepper

Directions

1. Just mix in blender or shaker and serve over your favorite fish
2. Makes 4 to 6 servings
