Speedy Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 34 c beef gravy
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp catsup
- 2 Tbsp dry sherry
- 12 c sour cream dip with onion
- hot cooked noodles or rice
Directions
- In a saucepan brown hamburger and drain
- Stir in gravy Stir in undrained mushrooms and catsup
- Add 1 cup water
- Cover bring to boiling
- Simmer covered 15 minutes
- Stir in wine Gradually blend 1 cup beef mixture into sour cream dip
- Return to saucepan
- Heat through
- Do not boil
- Serve over noodles Sprinkle with paprika
