Spice Bread In A Jar

Ingredients

• 1 c shortening
• 2 23 c sugar
• 2 c applesauce
• 23 c water
• 4 eggs
• 3 13 c all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp soda
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 12 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 c chopped walnuts
• 1 c raisins

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Spray 7 wide mouth pint jars with nonstick cooking spray
