Spice Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 34 c butter or Crisco
• 1 c white sugar
• 12 c brown sugar
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3 eggs
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp mace
• 12 tsp cloves
• raisins or nuts optional

Directions

1. Mix together butter sugars and eggs
2. Mix soda with sour cream and add to egg mixture
3. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture
4. Add raisins or nuts if desired
5. Pour batter into cupcake pans
6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
