Spice Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 14 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 14 c water
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 c pecans
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients thoroughly then add the water
- Cook to soft ball stage
- Remove from heat
- Stir in vanilla and nuts until mixture is coated
- Add sugar pour on wax paper
- Then separate the nuts
