Spice Nuts

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 14 tsp cream of tartar
• 2 Tbsp cinnamon
• 14 c water
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 2 c pecans

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly then add the water
2. Cook to soft ball stage
3. Remove from heat
4. Stir in vanilla and nuts until mixture is coated
5. Add sugar pour on wax paper
6. Then separate the nuts
