Spice Pecans
Ingredients
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 c pecans
- 12 c sugar
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Beat egg and water until it foams
- Stir in pecans
- Mix sugar and spices
- Sprinkle over pecans
- Stir cover all
- Pour in pan Bake at 300 for 30 to 35 minutes
- Cool
