Spiced Apple Cider

Ingredients

• 13 qt brandy
• 1 tsp whole cloves or 12 tsp ground
• 2 sticks cinnamon
• few grains salt
• 2 qt cider
• 1 tsp whole allspice or 12 tsp ground
• 2 slices lemon

Directions

7. into the percolator basket Perk until done
8. Makes 9 to 10 cups of cider
