Spiced Applesauce Bread

Ingredients

• 1 14 c applesauce
• 1 c sugar
• 12 c Wesson oil
• 2 eggs
• 3 Tbsp milk
• 2 c sifted all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 tsp nutmeg
• 12 tsp allspice
• 34 c chopped pecans
• 14 c brown sugar

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl thoroughly combine applesauce sugar oil eggs and milk
2. Sift together flour baking soda baking powder the first 12 teaspoon cinnamon salt nutmeg and allspice
3. Stir in applesauce mixture beat well
4. Fold in the 12 cup pecans
5. Turn into a well-greased loaf pan
