Spiced Nuts
Ingredients
- 1 c pecans
- 1 c walnuts
- 2 beaten egg whites
- 12 c cinnamon and sugar mixed
- 12 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Coat nuts in egg whites in which the sugar and spices have been added
- Bake at 300 on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes
- Separate pieces so they dont stick together
