Spiced Peaches

Ingredients

• 12 c vinegar
• 8 canned unsweetened peach halves
• 1 c juice from the peaches
• 14 c sugar
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 1 tsp whole cloves

Directions

1. Combine the vinegar the juice from the peaches sugar cinnamon and cloves
2. Boil until reduced by about half
3. Remove the spices
4. Stick the cloves into the peach halves and pour the syrup over peaches
5. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator
