Spiced Pecan Halves

Ingredients

• 1 lb pecan halves 3 to 4 c
• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp cold water
• 12 c sugar
• 13 c salt
• 12 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Beat
2. egg white and cold water until frothy
3. Add pecan halves and
4. stir to coat evenly
5. Mix sugar salt and cinnamon in a large bowl
6. Add coated nuts and stir to coat thoroughly with sugar
7. mixture
8. Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake at 225 for 1 hour
9. Stir every 15 minutes
