Spiced Pecan Halves

Ingredients
- 1 lb pecan halves 3 to 4 c
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp cold water
- 12 c sugar
- 13 c salt
- 12 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Beat
- egg white and cold water until frothy
- Add pecan halves and
- stir to coat evenly
- Mix sugar salt and cinnamon in a large bowl
- Add coated nuts and stir to coat thoroughly with sugar
- mixture
- Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake at 225 for 1 hour
- Stir every 15 minutes
