Spiced Pecans

Ingredients
- 1 lb pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp cold water
- 12 c sugar
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp allspice
- 14 tsp chili powder
Directions
- Mix egg and water Beat until frothy
- Add the nuts
- Mix sugar salt cinnamon allspice and chili powder
- Add to the nuts and mix well
- Spread on buttered cookie sheet
- Bake at 250 for 1 hour
- Cool and store in airtight container
