Spiced Pecans

Ingredients

• 1 lb pecan halves
• 1 egg white
• 1 Tbsp cold water
• 12 c sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp allspice
• 14 tsp chili powder

Directions

1. Mix egg and water Beat until frothy
2. Add the nuts
3. Mix sugar salt cinnamon allspice and chili powder
4. Add to the nuts and mix well
5. Spread on buttered cookie sheet
6. Bake at 250 for 1 hour
7. Cool and store in airtight container
