Spiced Wassail
Ingredients
- 1 gal sweet apple cider
- 12 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp cloves
- 3 tsp allspice
- 4 sticks cinnamon
- 1 c sugar
- juice of 8 oranges
- juice of 4 lemons
Directions
- Bring to a bubble
- Do not boil
- Strain and put in container to use later
- Keep in refrigerator
- Heat when ready to serve
