Spiced Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 c oil
• 1 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp maple flavor
• 2 c coarsely shredded zucchini
• 2 12 c flour
• 1 c chopped walnuts
• 12 c toasted wheat germ
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp ground cloves
• 13 c sesame seed

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Beat eggs with mixer
3. Add oil sugar and maple flavor
4. Continue beating until mixture is thick and foamy
5. Stir in zucchini
6. Combine flour and remaining ingredients except sesame seed
7. Stir gently into mixture just until blended
