Spicy Beef Burgers

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion chopped
• 2 to 3 Tbsp chopped green chilies
• 12 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 medium garlic clove chopped
• 4 hamburger buns

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except buns
2. Shape beef mixture into 4 patties about 12-inch thick
3. Cook in 10-inch skillet over medium heat turning once about 10 minutes for medium or until desired doneness
4. Serve on hamburger buns with chili and cheese spread
