Spicy Beef Strips

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb round steak
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 1 Tbsp instant minced onion
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 can beef bouillon soup
• 14 tsp chili powder
• 14 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp celery seed
• 2 Tbsp prepared mustard

Directions

1. Cut steak into 2-inch strips
2. Brown in hot oil
3. Mix all other ingredients
4. Pour over steak cover and simmer until tender 45 minutes
5. Serve over cooked egg noodles
