Spicy Broiled Redfish

Ingredients
- 4 4 oz redfish fillets
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 tsp paprika
- 12 tsp onion powder
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 18 tsp cayenne pepper
- 12 tsp black pepper
- 14 tsp dried thyme
- 14 tsp oregano
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix all seasonings together
- Dip fish into melted margarine or butter
- Coat both sides of fish with seasoning mix
- Place on a lightly greased broiler pan
- Broil for 4 minutes
- Turn and broil an additional 3 minutes
