Spicy Catfish

Ingredients

• 14 c mustard
• 1 lb catfish fillets
• Cajun seasoning
• paprika

Directions

1. Pour mustard into a large mixing bowl
2. Add fish turn to coat
3. Remove fish from mustard and place on a pan
4. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and paprika
5. Spray grill with nonstick vegetable spray
6. Place fish directly on grill or use fish basket
7. Turn once
8. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork approximately 12 minutes
9. Cook over medium coals
