Spicy Meat Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 2 14 oz can deviled ham
- 13 c bread crumbs
- 12 tsp each salt and dry mustard
- 1 12 c apple juice
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- 1 12 c prepared mincemeat
- 1 12 Tbsp cider vinegar
Directions
- Lightly mix beef eggs deviled ham bread crumbs salt dry mustard and hot pepper sauce
- Shape into 34-inch meat balls Arrange in jelly roll pans
- Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes Heat mincemeat apple juice and vinegar until bubbly
- Add to meat balls bring to boil again
- Simmer covered for about 10 minutes Serve warm
