Spicy Pecans

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 14 tsp salt
• 12 tsp cloves
• 12 c water
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 4 c pecan halves

Directions

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in deep 3-quart casserole
2. Cover with wax paper
3. Microwave on High for 4 minutes
4. Stir well Microwave again for 2 12 to 4 12 minutes or until soft ball stage
5. Add pecans and stir to coat
6. Spread on wax paper and cool
