Spicy Pecans
Ingredients
- 2 c white sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 12 tsp cloves
- 12 tsp allspice
- 12 c water
- 4 c pecans halves
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in deep Dutch oven pan Cook until soft Boil at 232 Add pecans and stir until coated Spread and separate with fork cool completely Store in tin box
