Spicy Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 4 c potatoes peeled and cubed
• 1 small onion chopped
• 3 cans 8 oz tomato sauce
• 4 c water
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 12 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions

1. In kettle brown beef Drain
2. Add remaining ingredients Bring to a boil
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender
