Spicy Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
• 13 c Wesson oil
• 6 to 8 large potatoes

Directions

1. Peel and slice potatoes
2. In a large gallon bag empty Lipton soup mix and oil
3. Place a few potatoes at a time and shake to coat well
4. Place in baking dish cover and bake in a 400 oven for 45 minutes or until done
