Spicy Rabbit
Ingredients
- 1 rabbit cut to serving sized pieces
- 16 oz beer
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 onion sliced
- 5 whole cloves
- 14 c flour seasoned with salt and pepper
- 14 c cooking oil
Directions
- Combine first six ingredients in non-metal casserole
- Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours
- Remove rabbit and dry with paper towels
- Coat the rabbit with seasoned flour
- Heat oil in large frypan over medium heat
- Brown to taste then return marinade to frypan
- Simmer to tender
- Add enough flour to thicken marinade Serve
