Spicy Shrimp Louisiana
Ingredients
- 1 14 lb shrimp
- 14 tsp white pepper
- 18 tsp black pepper
- 14 tsp cayenne pepper
- 12 tsp basil
- 14 tsp thyme
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 c water
- 14 c flour white
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 12 c chopped onions
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 14 c green onion chopped
Directions
- Cook shrimp about 3 minutes
- Set aside
- Combine spices set aside
- Slowly add water to flour mix into paste set aside
- Heat oil in wok or large skillet until hot
- Stir in onion pepper celery garlic and cook until soft
- Mix in spices
- Stir in broth and tomato paste
- Stir in flour mixture
- Cook until sauce thickens
- Add shrimp green onions
- Stir until blended
- Serve over rice
