Spicy Shrimp Louisiana

Ingredients

  • 1 14 lb shrimp
  • 14 tsp white pepper
  • 18 tsp black pepper
  • 14 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 12 tsp basil
  • 14 tsp thyme
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 14 c water
  • 14 c flour white
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 12 c chopped onions
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 14 c green onion chopped

Directions

  1. Cook shrimp about 3 minutes
  2. Set aside
  3. Combine spices set aside
  4. Slowly add water to flour mix into paste set aside
  5. Heat oil in wok or large skillet until hot
  6. Stir in onion pepper celery garlic and cook until soft
  7. Mix in spices
  8. Stir in broth and tomato paste
  9. Stir in flour mixture
  10. Cook until sauce thickens
  11. Add shrimp green onions
  12. Stir until blended
  13. Serve over rice
