Spicy Sugared Nuts
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 c pecans or walnuts
- 14 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions
- Pour nuts into egg white and stir until coated and sticky Blend together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over nuts
- Stir until nuts are evenly coated
- Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees
- Cool break apart and store in Tupperware container
