Spicy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

• 3 c sugar
• 1 tsp allspice
• 12 tsp red pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 box dry mustard
• 2 c vinegar
• 1 tsp powdered cloves
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 or 2 large onions peeled and sliced
• 2 gal tomatoes peeled and quartered

Directions

1. Cook tomatoes and onions until done
2. Add spices and other ingredients and cook slowly until very thick stirring often Will mike 1 large dishpan 34 full
