Spiked Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 whole cabbage
- 12 green pepper
- 12 onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Cut cabbage in 4 quarters then slice each quarter into 12-inch slices
- Cut up green pepper and onion
- Add about 34 cup water cover and cook on medium burner for 15 minutes
- To be eaten alone or along with a full meal serving as a vegetable
