Spinach-Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese - divided
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 12 cup sour cream
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1 10 oz package frozen spinach chopped and squeezed dry
- pita triangles
- 1 package tortilla chips
Directions
- Combine mozzarella sour cream parmesan cheese and the next 6 ingredients in a large bowl stirring until well-blended
- Spoon mixture into a 1 12 quart baking dish
- Sprinkle with 12 cup mozzarella and 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown
- Serve with the triangles and chips
