Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese - divided
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 14 tsp black pepper
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 10 oz package frozen spinach chopped and squeezed dry
  • pita triangles
  • 1 package tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Combine mozzarella sour cream parmesan cheese and the next 6 ingredients in a large bowl stirring until well-blended
  2. Spoon mixture into a 1 12 quart baking dish
  3. Sprinkle with 12 cup mozzarella and 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown
  5. Serve with the triangles and chips
