Spinach-Cheese Bake
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz pkg corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach thawed
- 12 c margarine melted
- 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients stir until blended
- Spoon into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes
