Spinach-Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

• 12 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
• 2 16 oz cottage cheese
• 6 eggs
• 14 c butter or oleo melted
• 1 8 oz American cheese slices cut into pieces
• 14 c plus 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 14 c dried whole thyme
• 14 tsp pepper
