Spinach And Artichoke CasseroleSide Dish

Ingredients
- 2 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 13 34 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 12 c heavy cream
- 18 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 23 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 c whole milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a bowl combine spinach artichokes cream salt pepper and 13 cup Parmesan cheese
- In a small bowl mix cream cheese until fluffy
- Add milk and mix until well blended
- Spoon mixture spinach into shallow casserole or an 8 x 8 glass baking dish
- Pour cream cheese mixture over spinach
- Sprinkle remaining Parmesan
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes
