Spinach And Artichoke CasseroleSide Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 13 34 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 12 c heavy cream
  • 18 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 23 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1 c whole milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a bowl combine spinach artichokes cream salt pepper and 13 cup Parmesan cheese
  3. In a small bowl mix cream cheese until fluffy
  4. Add milk and mix until well blended
  5. Spoon mixture spinach into shallow casserole or an 8 x 8 glass baking dish
  6. Pour cream cheese mixture over spinach
  7. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan
  8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes
