Spinach And Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 10 oz pkg chopped frozen spinach
- 1 10 oz pkg chopped frozen broccoli
- 12 c water
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 12 c milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 c seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
- Cook broccoli and spinach in water until completely thawed but not cooked
- Stir in remaining ingredients except bread crumbs
- Place in large casserole dish and cover with seasoned bread crumbs
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
- Makes 12 servings of 12 cup at approximately 85 calories per serving
