Spinach And Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz pkg chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 10 oz pkg chopped frozen broccoli
  • 12 c water
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 c grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 12 c milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 c seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Cook broccoli and spinach in water until completely thawed but not cooked
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except bread crumbs
  3. Place in large casserole dish and cover with seasoned bread crumbs
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
  5. Makes 12 servings of 12 cup at approximately 85 calories per serving
